Description (NEW)

The Corewell Health Center for Wellness provides free to low-cost services to meet the needs identified by the communities we serve, including access to economic opportunities, health care, and nutritious foods. Fulfilling these needs are fundamental to shaping the future for all of us by helping to make our communities healthier and safer. 

Health services and mental wellness resources available:

• Connecting with community members, neighbors, and medical providers 

• Counseling and emotional support 

• Food assistance 

• Health insurance enrollment 

• Health screenings – Blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol 

• Hypertension – Prevention and management 

• Mental wellness workshops – Mental Health First Aid, resilience, and trauma 

• Parenting and childbirth classes and resources 

• Vaccinations – COVID-19 and Flu
